Responsibilities:
- Supporting students in lessons on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Helping young people remain engaged and focused in the classroom
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Encouraging confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards learning
- Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
- Working alongside teachers to create a structured and supportive learning environment
- Acting as a positive role model and mentor for young people
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, Sports Management, or a related subject
- A passion for supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- The ability to commit to a full-time role from September
- Previous experience in schools is welcomed but not essential
