Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – NN2 Area
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Location: NN2, Northampton
Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers across the school, working with individual pupils, small groups, or the whole class. You\’ll help to deliver engaging lessons, assist with classroom management, and provide targeted support to ensure every child can achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in their learning across a range of subjects
  • Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery
  • Provide one-to-one or small group interventions as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred)
  • A calm, patient, and encouraging approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children\’s development
  • Ability to start ASAP and work full-time
