A friendly and inclusive Luton primary school is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This role involves supporting teaching and learning across the classroom, working with individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom-based support across a range of subjects
- Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities
- Support individual pupils and small groups to reinforce understanding
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to raise achievement
Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification or relevant classroom experience
