Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Cambridgeshire, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. - Provide in-class and out-of-class support to pupils with additional needs

What We're Looking For
- A recognised TA qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) or relevant hands‑on experience
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English
- Some experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEN
- A strong understanding of how to support engagement and learning
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour
- Ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
