We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and supportive school environment.
The Role
- Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist with engagement, confidence-building, and learning development
- Help manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and activities
- Provide pastoral care and encouragement to pupils
Ideal Background
- Experience as a swim teacher, coach, or instructor
- Confident working with children or young people
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Passion for supporting learning and development
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
