We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and supportive school environment.

The Role

  • Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assist with engagement, confidence-building, and learning development
  • Help manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and activities
  • Provide pastoral care and encouragement to pupils

Ideal Background

  • Experience as a swim teacher, coach, or instructor
  • Confident working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Passion for supporting learning and development
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
