Teaching Assistant

Primary School

Location – Chandlers Ford

Term time only. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm.

An enhanced child only DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.

Relevant training for the role is desired but not essential.

An up to date CV outlining education and employment history.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:

  • Has a passion for working with children, and helping them improve in character through developing their resilience and mindset.
  • Is flexible, energetic, resilient and committed to working with all children, including those who may need higher levels of support in order to learn.
  • Has the creativity to design activities to encourage and engage children.
  • Knows the importance of keeping children safe.
  • Is a team player, able to inspire and work in partnership with staff, parents and pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
