Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants with experience supporting pupils within KS1 and KS2?
We are working with an OUTSTANDING rated school who are seeking to appoint numerous Teaching Assistants on a long term basis.
The school is looking for a caring and resilient individuals to join their team and make a real difference to students’ lives on a full time basis.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting pupils in all aspects of their learning and development.
Using communication aids and sensory resources to engage and motivate pupils.
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver individualised education and care plans.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous professional experience supporting children or young people
Understanding of safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
A patient, positive, and compassionate approach.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Have a Enhanced Child DBS or willing to obtain.
