We are welcoming applications from experienced Teaching Assistants to work in our friendly schools to make a difference in the lives of students. We have opportunities in Daventry for passionate Teaching Assistants seeking a new role.
Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher with lessons and activities
- Work in small groups or with individuals
- Help manage the classroom and prepare equipment for lessons
- Encourage and provide an engaging learning environment
- Follow behaviour and safeguarding policies to ensure a safe learning environment for all students and staff
- Monitor and give feedback on students' progress
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Enthusiasm for education and helping students succeed
- Good communication skills
- Approachable and friendly demeanor
- A Child Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
- Good time management skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant qualification) if possible
