Teaching Personnel are currently supporting a specialist further education college in Dorset who provide both day and residential support for young people with Autism and additional SEMH needs. We are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible basis. The hours are a consistent 8:30am to 3:30pm, giving you a great work-life balance while still making a real impact.
You’ll be supporting students with their learning, confidence, and independence, working closely with a dedicated and experienced team. If you’re patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people with additional needs, this could be a great fit for you.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
