Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a Maths Teachers to join the outstanding maths department at a high-achieving high school in Bury. This role is to start in September 2026.
As a Maths Teacher, you will have good knowledge of the current National Curriculum to plan and deliver engaging lessons. You will be required to provide regular and consistent feedback on assessments and marked work whilst setting appropriate targets that encourage and motivate learners to achieve new learning goals. You will adhere to the schools’ standards of discipline, including punctuality, homework, behaviour, and standards of produced work. Working under the guidance of an excellent senior leadership team and head of Mathematics, you will contribute to the positive learning experiences of students.
Teacher Requirements:
- To be pro-active and confident in teaching KS3 and KS4 level Mathematics.
- Knowledge in effective classroom pedagogy to drive attainment levels in Maths.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- ECT’s encouraged to apply
