Teaching Personnel is recruiting teachers across all phases for its Guaranteed Work Scheme – a scheme that offers guaranteed pay, regardless of whether a booking comes in that day. It is a practical solution for teachers who want the variety and flexibility of supply work without the financial uncertainty that can come with it. You'll work across a range of schools, building familiarity with local settings and staff, with the added security of knowing your income is protected each week. For teachers open to secondary settings, the scheme works particularly well – broader availability means more consistent placements and a stronger chance of securing something long‑term if that is the direction you want to take.

What the scheme involves:

  • Working across secondary schools in Teesside, Darlington and North Yorkshire
  • Covering a range of year groups and phases depending on your background
  • Delivering pre‑set lessons or your own where appropriate
  • Upholding safeguarding responsibilities in every setting

To be considered:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within the UK curriculum across secondary

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
