Are you passionate about Maths or English? Do you have experience supporting children in their learning? We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver 1:1 tuition across KS1–KS4 in preparation for the new academic year.
At TP Tutors, this is your chance to make a real difference by providing personalised, face-to-face support in Maths and English to primary and secondary pupils in your local area.
About the Role:- Deliver tailored 1:1 sessions in Maths or English based on each student’s needs
- Work in pupils' homes, libraries, or safe community venues
- Support children needing to catch up, build confidence, or reinforce core skills
- Track progress, address learning gaps, and set achievable goals
- Keep learners engaged with creative, supportive teaching
- Use positive behaviour strategies to create focused, productive sessions
- Experience working with children or young people (in education preferred)
- Confident teaching Maths and/or English at KS1–KS4
- Ability to adapt lessons to various learning styles and abilities
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for helping young people grow academically and personally
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we can assist)
- Right to work in the UK
