About the Role:
- Experience in a primary or secondary school setting; however, ECTs are equally welcome.
- Strong experience within the special educational needs (SEN) sector.
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles and abilities.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour that the school holds.
- Variety of adapted teaching across KS1 and KS2.
Requirements:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with preferred secondary experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with SEN students.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
