Pay: £90–£94 per day - We are seeking a passionate and dedicated
- Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school from
October 2026 on a maternity cover contract . The successful candidate will need to be able to travel regularly between our Tidworth and Salisbury sites , supporting pupils across both KS1 and KS2.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to helping children thrive academically, socially and emotionally within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will
- Be an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with children and inspires them to achieve their potential.
- Be able to support pupils across
- Be willing and able to travel to Tidworth .
- Be an excellent team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to school life.
- Be committed to their own professional development journey.
- Have experience working with children with
- SEN and/or SEMH needs
(desirable).
Previous experience in a childcare setting is ideal, but not essential as full support will be provided.
The role includes
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms.
- Working closely with teachers to deliver targeted support to pupils.
- Assisting children with additional needs to access learning effectively.
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment across both sites.
