Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Full Time Swansea (SA1 area) from after May half term until July 2027 (term time only) £92.63 per day (via Teaching Personnel).

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the teacher with classroom activities
- Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Assisting with reading, writing, and numeracy tasks
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting during break times and school activities
We’re committed to supporting you throughout your role. You’ll receive ongoing CPD opportunities, including safeguarding training and behaviour/ALN training, and guidance and support from a dedicated consultant throughout the process.
To work in this role, you’ll need to complete standard compliance checks, including obtaining an enhanced DBS. Don’t worry – we’ll guide you through the process and support you every step of the way. You’ll be joining a friendly and inclusive school environment where staff work closely together to support pupils and each other.
