The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils across the primary age range. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
- Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
- Encouraging pupil confidence, participation and engagement
- Supporting positive classroom behaviour management
- Assisting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
