Location: Primary School in Swansea

Contract: Part-time, Term Time Only

Hours: Typically between 11:30am – 1:00pm (exact times may vary depending on school needs)

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. This role is key to ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, happy and well-supervised lunchtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and indoor areas
• Encourage positive play, inclusion and good behaviour
• Support pupils with lunchtime routines, including helping younger children
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
• Provide basic first aid for minor incidents (training provided)
• Communicate any concerns or incidents to senior staff

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Enjoys working with children and has a kind, patient manner
• Is dependable, punctual and able to work well in a team
• Can use initiative and remain calm in busy situations
• Promotes positive behaviour and safe play
• Understands the importance of safeguarding (training provided)
