Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor to join our partner pupil referral unit in Swansea.

You will provide 1-1 and small group support to learners with challenging behaviour, working KS1–KS4 and assisting with trips and transitions back to mainstream settings.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30, paid at £14.30 per hour. A resilient approach and safeguarding awareness are essential; DBS and EWC support available.
