What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD
- Assist with personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with ASD, SEN, ALN, or additional needs (highly desirable)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and use initiative
- Relevant qualifications (Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, ALN/SEN training) welcomed
- Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
