Teaching Personnel is seeking compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic ALN Support Assistants to work in a welcoming primary school located in Swansea.

Role Overview
You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups across a nurturing ALN provision.
This role includes elements of personal care, mobility assistance, and practical classroom support, making it ideal for someone who truly wants to make a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional learning needs
- Supporting learners with physical disabilities, mobility needs or personal care
- Assisting with communication strategies and adapted learning resources

- Supporting behaviour management and sensory regulation activities
