We are currently recruiting adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible basis across a range of welcoming primary schools in Cheam. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, want flexible working patterns, or are looking to gain experience in different school environments.
About the Role
As a flexible Teaching Assistant, you will support learning across different schools and year groups. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Working with small groups or offering 1:1 support
- Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
- Supporting pupils’ learning, behaviour and wellbeing
