Teaching Personnel is expanding its specialist SEN education team across West Sussex and needs skilled, compassionate teachers to fill it. THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Designing and delivering personalised curricula to meet a range of SEN profiles
- Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams including SENCOs, TAs, and families
- Tracking, assessing, and celebrating measurable student progress
- Contributing to a culture of high expectations and genuine inclusion
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience in SEN settings is desirable but not essential
