About Us

We are a specialist education recruitment agency working in partnership with a range of well-established SEN schools across Surrey. Due to increasing demand, we are looking to recruit experienced and qualified HLTAs to support pupils with additional needs in both short-term and long-term roles.

The Role

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across a variety of SEN settings. You may be required to lead small group sessions, cover classes in the teacher’s absence, and provide targeted support to pupils with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned lessons and interventions to individuals and small groups.
  • Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support learning outcomes.
