What will be expected of you:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Previous experience working as a teacher or educator.
- Experience working with students of various age groups.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the national curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
