The Opportunity: We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a number of welcoming secondary schools across the Newcastle area. This role is ideal for those wanting to gain valuable classroom experience, or for qualified teachers looking for flexible, local work.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage behaviour effectively
- Support students across a variety of subjects
- Work with pupils across KS2 - KS4
- Be adaptable to both last-minute bookings and scheduled assignments across local schools
