The predicted salary is between 24750 - 28725 £ per year.

Location: Sunderland

Pay: £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time, long-term (until at least Christmas, with potential extension into Spring Term)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting children’s academic and social development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
  • Up to 1 year of experience working in a primary school classroom
  • Experience within KS1 is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach
