Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker to work in Sunderland secondary schools from September 2026.

The role focuses on providing targeted mental health and emotional wellbeing support to students across KS3 and KS4, with 1:1 and small group sessions delivered within school settings.

You will work with the SENCO and pastoral teams, contributing to individual support plans and safeguarding duties, ensuring timely, sensitive responses to students in need.
