About the School Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large, co‑educational secondary school that was graded ‘Good’ in all areas during its most recent Ofsted inspection. The school is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic educators to join their team on an ad‑hoc basis, providing cover during periods of staff absence across a range of subjects. Role Overview Teaching Personnel are supporting the school by recruiting reliable and confident educators to assist with classroom cover when required. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising pre‑prepared lessons, maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning.
  • Following the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies, collecting completed work at the end of lessons, and providing feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
