The school is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic educators to join their team on an adâhoc basis, providing cover during periods of staff absence across a range of subjects. Role Overview Teaching Personnel are supporting the school by recruiting reliable and confident educators to assist with classroom cover when required. This opportunity is well suited to Early Career Teachers wishing to gain further experience, experienced teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, or educators looking to maintain their teaching practice while reducing workload.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising preâprepared lessons, maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning.
- Following the schoolâs behaviour and safeguarding policies, collecting completed work at the end of lessons, and providing feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
Those working as substitute teachers with Teaching Personnel benefit from a flexible working schedule, with both preâbooked and shortânotice opportunities available. Weekly pay is processed every Friday through PAYE, and you will receive ongoing support from a dedicated personal consultant.
