Stoke-on-Trent who are looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic
Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team. This is a full-time position, providing classroom support to students both within lessons and through targeted interventions.

- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
- Work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to reinforce learning.
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and participation in lessons.
- Assist with classroom behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment.
- Provide additional support to students who require extra guidance.
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
- Support students' academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development.

- Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
