Teaching Personnel are recruiting a dedicated SEMH/SEN Teacher for a school in Stoke on Trent, working with Key Stage 2 and 3 pupils. This role offers a permanent position for the right candidate, with a focus on behaviour management and supporting students’ mental health and wellbeing.
Your Role:
- Plan and deliver lessons for KS2/3 pupils with SEMH/SEN needs
- Implement behaviour strategies to support positive learning environments
- Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and social skills
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to meet individual pupil needs
- Collaborate with support staff, SENCO, and leadership to deliver tailored learning experiences

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with SEMH, SEN, or pupils with complex behavioural/mental health needs
- Confident managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive relationships
