Teaching Personnel are recruiting a dedicated SEMH/SEN Teacher for a school in Stoke on Trent, working with Key Stage 2 and 3 pupils. This role offers a permanent position for the right candidate, with a focus on behaviour management and supporting students’ mental health and wellbeing.

Your Role:

  • Plan and deliver lessons for KS2/3 pupils with SEMH/SEN needs
  • Implement behaviour strategies to support positive learning environments
  • Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and social skills
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to meet individual pupil needs
  • Collaborate with support staff, SENCO, and leadership to deliver tailored learning experiences
