Whether you're an experienced teacher or an
Early Career Teacher (ECT) , this is an excellent opportunity to inspire young people and make a real difference in a supportive educational environment.
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including
Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) .
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider school staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Specialism in Mathematics.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for helping every pupil achieve their full potential.
- Experience in SEND or specialist education is desirable but not essential.
