We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Psychology students or graduates to support pupils in primary schools across Stockton and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs, while developing valuable skills for a future career in psychology, education, or mental health.

Position: Psychology Graduate / Student Primary School Support
Start Date: Ongoing
Pay: ****** per day (depending on the role)
Shifts: Flexible (full-time or part-time available)
About the Role:
- Support pupils within primary school settings, both in and out of the classroom
- Work one-to-one or with small groups of children
- Assist pupils with academic tasks, emotional regulation, and social development
- Support children with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs (depending on placement)
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and school staff as part of a wider support team
What We’re Looking For:
- Psychology students or psychology graduates (or related degrees)
- A genuine interest in child development, mental health, or education
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
