Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Early Career Teacher looking to gain experience through supply work in primary schools? We are working with a range of welcoming schools across the Stockton and Teesside areas who are seeking flexible ECTs to support on a supply basis.

Position: Early Career Teacher – Supply (Primary)
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, depending on school needs.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recently completed or currently completing a PGCE / SCITT.
- Flexibility to work across different key stages.
- A confident and proactive approach to teaching.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Supply work is an excellent opportunity for ECTs to broaden their experience, build confidence across key stages, and explore a variety of school settings, with the potential to lead to longer-term or permanent roles.
