The Role
You’ll be working across SEN schools and specialist provisions, supporting pupils who may:
- Have diagnosed needs such as autism (ASC), ADHD, or learning difficulties.
- Require tailored support to access the curriculum.
- Need assistance with communication, social skills, and engagement.
- Benefit from structured, consistent, and supportive learning environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising pre-set lessons and supporting pupils to engage.
- Adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs.
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis where required.

- Working alongside SEN teachers, therapists, and support staff.
