Your Role - Teach, Support, Inspire
You will work across KS3-KS4 (and sometimes KS5), supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- Moderate to complex learning difficulties
- Speech, language, and communication needs
In your role, you will:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in your subject specialism.
- Adapt teaching to meet diverse needs and abilities.
- Support EHCP targets and personalised learning outcomes.
- Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.
