Responsibilities

You’ll be teaching pupils across KS1–KS2 (ages 5–11) with a variety of additional needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- Moderate to complex learning difficulties
- Speech, language and communication needs
Delivering creative, adapted lessons suited to individual learning styles
- Supporting EHCP targets and personalised learning journeys
- Creating structured, nurturing and inclusive classrooms
- Collaborating with support staff, SEN teams and external professionals
- Using innovative strategies to support communication, engagement and progress
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong experience within KS1 and/or KS2
- A background in SEN, SEND or specialist settings
- Confident with differentiation and EHCP-led teaching
- A patient, compassionate and adaptable teaching approach
