We are seeking a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Stockport. This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a rewarding environment and is committed to helping students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs succeed both academically and personally.
Role Details
- Location: Stockport
- Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term
- Start Date: Immediate
- Pay: £110 – £140 per day (DOE)
- Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Essential
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-set lessons and supervise classroom learning
- Support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional behavioural needs
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
