Teaching Personnel is working alongside a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across East Manchester that are looking to recruit Graduate Behaviour Mentors for the upcoming academic year.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing one-to-one mentoring and support for students who need additional guidance
• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and barriers to learning
• Delivering targeted interventions focused on behaviour, attendance, confidence, and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships that encourage engagement and progress
• Supporting students within lessons and during social times
• Encouraging positive behaviour through restorative and supportive approaches
• Assisting in the implementation of behaviour and support plans
• Recording and reporting on pupil progress and achievements
