Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school located just outside of Stockport, who are seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join their team from September on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and contribute to a supportive and vibrant department.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan and mark work in line with school policies
  • Foster creativity and encourage student expression
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Creative Arts department

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Art at secondary level (including GCSE desirable)
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
