Your Role – Make a Difference Daily
You’ll support pupils with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, communication and sensory needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. Your day-to-day may include:
- Supporting teachers within the classroom
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Helping students with emotional regulation and communication
- Supporting routines, behaviour, and sensory needs
- Making learning engaging, accessible, and positive
- Working alongside SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff
