Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in St Albans. The post focuses on pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and offers a supportive mentoring framework to develop your classroom practice from September 2026.

You'll deliver differentiated lessons, collaborate with Therapists and Teaching Assistants, and work within a Positive Behaviour approach to help each pupil achieve their EHCP goals in a nurturing environment.
