Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for a dedicated, hard-working & passionate individual to take on the role of Teaching Assistant in & around the Vale of Glamorgan.
No teaching experience required. Working week will be between Monday – Friday starting at 8:30am & finishing at 3:30pm.
Role Duties:- Supporting the teacher whenever required.
- Create a fun environment in the classroom for children to thrive.
- Deliver sports sessions in after school clubs.
- Develop a working rapport with the students.
- Provide a safe space for the students to develop their learning.
- Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts.
- Promote a child-led approach.
- Deal with potentially challenging behaviour.
- Have a positive, energetic & patient mindset.
- Have a passion for helping others.
- Want to enhance every child’s learning experience.
- Be comfortable in a school setting.
- Have a strong motivation to improve their own skills in a learning environment.
