Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across South Wales to find a dedicated Sport Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting students and promoting physical education. This long-term role offers a unique opportunity to engage with children in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis, utilizing sports and exercise techniques to enhance their learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist students during lessons, particularly focusing on disengaged or challenged individuals.
- Sports Integration: Use sports techniques to promote learning and encourage physical activity.
- Behaviour Management: Identify and observe positive behaviour methods for student development.
- Emotional Support: Support students emotionally and socially, helping them build confidence and life skills.

Requirements:
- EWC Registration (Education Workforce Council)
- Enhanced DBS Check (Child Only) and registered with the Update Service (We will assist with this process)
- Right to Work in the UK
