Qualifications & Experience
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable, but not essential)
- Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping every pupil succeed
- Be able to build positive relationships and work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Be passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences
