We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate special needs teaching assistant in Kidderminster to join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety‐related barriers to learning. You’ll work in a supportive, small‑class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.

  • Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom

Requirements:
