The Opportunity
We are recruiting a committed Key Stage 1 Teacher for a friendly and inclusive primary school in Southport. This long-term role offers the chance to make a real impact on pupils’ early education while benefiting from consistent work until July 2026.
Main Duties
- Full responsibility for a KS1 classroom
- Planning creative and structured lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Supporting early reading, writing and numeracy development
- Monitoring attainment and adapting teaching strategies
- Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times
Essential Criteria
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS1 within a UK primary school
- Strong classroom management skills
- A nurturing and enthusiastic teaching style
