Teaching Personnel are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs) to work full-time across a range of specialist schools in the New Forest and Southampton areas. These roles are ideal for teachers who are committed to supporting children and young people with additional needs and who thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
We are looking for individuals who have experience working with pupils with:
- SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
The successful candidates will be confident in building positive relationships, adapting learning to meet individual needs, and creating engaging and supportive classroom environments.
Responsibilities
- Full-time positions within specialist settings
- Delivering tailored and engaging lessons

Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
