Your Responsibilities
- Teach a Year 1 class using engaging, creative, and inclusive lesson plans
- Deliver high-quality phonics and early literacy sessions
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO, and the wider school team
- Foster strong relationships with pupils and families
- Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all children
What We're Looking For
- A qualified teacher (ECTs welcome to apply)
- Genuine passion for Key Stage 1 and early education
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
