We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Midday Welfare Assistant to join a highly regarded specialist provision in Street, Somerset. This role is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference each day. The setting supports pupils aged 4 to 18 with a range of additional needs including autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), communication and interaction needs, sensory differences and complex behavioural needs. The school is recognised for its nurturing culture, personalised curriculum and strong partnership with families. Staff are valued members of a collaborative and supportive team, all working towards helping pupils gain essential life skills.

Hours: 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday (term time)

  • Supervising and supporting pupils during lunch
