The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and support a team of teachers within the year group
  • Deliver consistently high-quality teaching and learning

Qualifications:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have successful experience teaching within a primary setting
  • Demonstrate strong leadership potential or previous middle leadership experience
  • Be proactive, positive, calm and adaptable
  • Have high expectations of themselves and the children they work with
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to teamwork, inclusion and continuous professional development
  • Show resilience, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for education
